Not including me at least 17 people came Friday and probably 18 and so we should have had at least $170 in the cashbox. We need $180 to pay rent but we were $30 short of that which means some people are not paying the $10 per person we need.

We can lose a little money and still continue for a long time because we have a bank account at the moment with about $2900 in it. But if we start losing $30/wk that'll be a problem. A loss of $30/wk means we could cover about 100 dances before emptying the bank account. While that sounds like a lot of dances it's only about two years and the way time goes it'll be over before you know it. (The great thing is we had maybe 18 people and at least one was missing.)

So we really need everyone to put in $10.
