Hi everyone,

I am sorry to say that the launch of the www.fairtradetowns.org.uk site has now been delayed until Tuesday 14th July.

BUT the NING site is still up and running and I know some of you have already joined.

This new site with its many interactive facilities will eventually replace the function of this Discussion Group so please do take a look at the Ning site if you have not already done so at:

http://fairtradetowns.ning.com/

Best wishes,

Bruce Crowther

Thanks for this Bruce.  Having had a quick look at the terms and conditions of the NING site (what's that stand for by the way?) - I notice it declares that the US data protection system is not the same as Europe's.  Presumably you have satisfied yourself that information about you is handed over to the USA system?  Can you help put my mind at rest too - especially if NING is going to take over from our usual discussion groups.

Jim.
