Two new contributions to the literature

Pleased to let you all know about two new important contributions to the literature.  Terra Edwards' dissertation, Language Emergence in the Seattle DeafBlind Community, is now available as a PDF here.  To request a .rtf file for electronic Braille access, please send an e-mail to in...@deafblindinterpreting.org and request a copy and it will be sent individually as the file is quite large.  The PDF is 268 pages.

 

Terra also has another paper that is published in the Journal of Pragmatics entitled, "From compensation to integration: Effects of the pro-tactile movement on the sublexical structure of Tactile American Sign Language."  http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0378216614000885 

PDF, Word or Braille versions available on request.
