We can offer one used, complete HERBOLD/BAIMA PET waste bottle recycling plant.

 

Capacity approx 600-650 kg per hour input of waste bottle

 

Approx 400-450 kg/hr output in CLEAN PET FLAKES and approx 8 percent Polyolefin flake from bottle closers.

 

Year of construction: 2004-2005

 

Plant consisting of::

 

• Sorter belt for first manual separation of PET bottle.
• Inlinded conveyor sorter belt to crusher including metal over belt magnetic unit.
• HERBOLD crusher, type 60-100 with 75 kW drive power.
• HERBOLD first friction cleaner type MTM508
• First BAIMA washing unit with heating for hot washing of flake , 113kW drive power.
• Floating unit ( swim – sink separator) system for flake separation.
• Second BAIMA washing unit
• HERBOLD second friction cleaner
• Complete drying and transportation system
• Filling station with dust separation
• Total electric installation 38à-400V 50 cycles approx 360kW
• Space requirement: 30 x 10 m max height of plant 8 m

 

The plant is not dismantled

Installation costs                     +/-  Euro 50,000

 

Transport volume is approximately by 4 pcs of 40 ft open top container.

 

This plant is in excellent condition and still in operation !!!
