It might be more ppropriate to define provcesses, as this grpoups is
less a proejct than a channel for information and dicussion. (I might
be wrong ;) )

Yup, using pages makes sense.
For discussion te mailfeature is best, the pages are morte for the
'had landscape'

I think we should also add the guys from the Barcamp Karlsruhe. It's
truly an ideal location to get Paris people in... :-)

I was thinking about attributing basic tasks such as: defining the IBC
rules extensions, finding a logo, doing some PR wrt local barcamp scenes
that could be potentially IBC-labelled, etc.
Of course, I'm fine with the processes too! :-) I just created a page
about this.

Agreed. Pages are wiki-like ways to build up a common knowledge base.
