Hi all,

I hope you're doing well. After a wonderful sunny stay in Konstanz,
I'm now back in Paris and it's raining a lot... Great weather for
effective work! :-)

Concerning our International Barcamps endeavour, here are the first
items I'm thinking of (only suggestions, feel free to change or
remove):

1) Switching the group language to English (by changing the group
preferences)
2) Defining a task list with owners and deadlines when possible (I've
created a page for that)
3) Defining a roadmap with milestones and dates (I've created a page
for that).

In any case, feel free to start filling in/discussing in the pages
(they have wiki-like features), thanks in advance!

Have a good day,

David.

I think we should first expand the scope of the group.
Like add Nicole Simon and others: suggestions?

It might be more ppropriate to define provcesses, as this grpoups is
less a proejct than a channel for information and dicussion. (I might
be wrong ;) )

Hi Oliver!

You'll find it on the right-hand side of the group page, under "group info".

I think we should also add the guys from the Barcamp Karlsruhe. It's
truly an ideal location to get Paris people in... :-)

I was thinking about attributing basic tasks such as: defining the IBC
rules extensions, finding a logo, doing some PR wrt local barcamp scenes
that could be potentially IBC-labelled, etc.

Of course, I'm fine with the processes too! :-) I just created a page
about this.

Agreed. Pages are wiki-like ways to build up a common knowledge base.

Have a good night,

David.
