Hi Aneesh,

 

It was nice meeting you along with other committee members in the last week. Based on your proposal to appoint us as an auditor as well as assisting the association in updating their books of accounts on a day to day basis, we have thoroughly gone through with the volume of work and the involvement of our accountant in dealing with day to day affairs.

Below are the scope of work and the professional charges involved in handling the assignment:

 

For FY 2017-2018

1)      Since we are almost at the close of the accounting year, the books of accounts need to be audited from our end. We assume that the books of accounts are up to date and maintained in accounting software, i.e.,Tally.  For certifying the annual accounts, our professional charges would be Rs.45K plus applicable GST.

2)      If the books of accounts are not maintained in accounting software at your end, then we will have to involve our outsourcing partner, Opsors Solutions Pvt Ltd in updating all the financial transaction right from 1^st April 2017 to till 31^st March 2018 in our tally software so as to get the updated annual accounts. If the Opsors partners are involved in accounting services, then our professional charges would be Rs.30K plus applicable GST for auditing and certification services.

 

For FY 2018-2019 onwards:

 

1)      Auditing services:  For auditing and certifying the annual accounts, if our outsourcing partner, Opsors Solutions Pvt Ltd  are involved in the accounting work, then our professional charges would be Rs.30K plus applicable GST.

2)      If the accounting work is handled by any third party, we have to spend some good amount of time in ensuring all the compliances and prepare the annual accounts accordingly. Hence, our professional charges for auditing services would be Rs.45K plus applicable GST.

With regard to the monthly accounting task, you will be receiving a mail from Opsors.com from their mail ID.

 

Kindly confirm if we have been appointed as an auditor for the FY17-18 onwards. Thanks
