This is to inform you all that the General Body Meeting will be held on 26^th Nov, 2017 (Sunday) at 11:00 AM in the Community Hall of Silver County. All residents (Owners/Tenant) are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting without fail.

 

 

Please note this time we are changing the time of the meeting to encourage more resident participation

 

 

Agenda for the meeting is as mentioned below:

 

1. Opening address by President

 

1. Election for SCAOWA team 2018-19

 

1. Financial update by Ex-Treasurer from 1^st Apr – 30^th Sep including Maintenance/capex Water charges and Painting (Accounts data will be sent in another communication)

 

1. Financial update by current treasurer from 1^st Oct – 15^th Nov 2017 ( Separate email will be sent)

 

1. Update on the defaulters by Ex treasurer

 

1. Painting Quote and start date for paiting

 

1. Next step towards painting

 

1. Neoperl PCA Spray for controlled water usage for 5 series flats

 

1. Attachment of ambulance with a nearby hospital in case of emergency

    

2. Creating common whatsapp group

    

3. Creating welfare fund for emergency purpose due to recent incident

 

1. Any other items (Financial/Non-Financial) with the permission of the chair

    

2. Update on tax filing by treasurer

    

3. Update on ground water seepage

    

4. Announcement of Sport day by President

    

5. AOB with permission of Chair

 

1. Final closure by General Secretary

 

Please note that the any decision taken in the GBM will be final so if you want to make your point we request you to please attend the GBM instead of arguing later on the decision taken in GBM.

 

Please note that if you fail to attend the meeting then your vote will be taken as yes for the decisions made in the GBM.

 

Please note that any questions through mail will be noted and will be answered in GBM and the same will not be entertained through mail.
