Hi Aneesh,

 

Naresh from RSSN & Associates informed us about the accounting work to be done for Silver County Apartments.

 

Our accounting services will encompass the following:

Ø  Updating the day to day payments to various parties in tally based on data from ADDA Software.

Ø  Updating the quarterly receipt of maintenance and other specific receipts from flats.

Ø  Ensure monthly payment of TDS within the due date.

Ø  Ensure filing of quarterly TDS returns.

Ø  MIS reporting on the quarterly cash and receipts statements.

Ø  Prepare the annual accounts for the purpose of audit.

Our monthly professional charges for the above services will be Rs. 10,000 plus applicable taxes.
