I will be your SPOC towards Essential Deployment.

Please find attached the SOP which we have discussed today over call.

To start with Phase-1, please find attached Flat and Resident data template which you can fill and send back to us for bulk upload. Once the upload is done, I will setup a call towards Phase-3 billing setup.

Please Note: Duration for completing the Essential deployment (Phase 0 to 3) will vary from 15 days to 30 days depending on the readiness of the data at customer end. Dedicated phone support will be available up to one month from the start of deployment.
