Dear Residents

As mentioned in our last AGBM held on 1^st July 2018, we had applied for the Kaveri conection. BWSSB team conducted a survey and shared us the quotation for getting the Kaveri connection to our apartment. Total cost is coming upto Rs 1,46,37,478. ( One crore forty six lakhs thirty seven thousand four hundred seventy eight)

 

Each owner has to pay Rs80000/- per flat. We might have to pay extra to get the connection until our kitchen of each flat on top of the above amount.

We are attaching the detailed quote received from BWSSB. Kindly revert if all the residents are interested to go for it then we can call EGBM to discuss this issue.

As of now we are depending only on tankers. Please note the attached quote is only valid for 1 month only.

Kindly respond in large numbers if you all need EGBM to discuss this issue.

We cannot get the connection till our Kitchen. That is not possible for now. We have to divide like what we are doing. If we want to do that it will another 30 lakhs. I think we can remove that point
