This is to inform you all that the General Body Meeting of Silver County will be held on 04th March, 2018 (Sunday) at 11:00 AM in the Community Hall of Silver County. All residents (Owners/Tenant) are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting without fail

 

 

Agenda for the meeting is as mentioned below

 

 

  1. Opening address by President

  2. Financial update by Treasurer from 15th Nov 2017 - to 15th Feb 2018 including Maintenance, Water charges ,Painting (Accounts data will be sent in another communication)

  3. Budget projection for FY 2018-19 including maintenance and Capex expenditure

  4. Discussion and approval for increase in maintenance (Opex) cost

  5. Discussion and approval for Capex priority items and collection of funds

  6. Additional painting cost fund collection due date which is passed in last GBM held on 26th Nov 2017

  7. Update on defaulter list till now

  8. Update on current painting

  9. Discussion on auditor reports and approval of the same by the house. ( Reports will be shared in separate email)

  10. Update on Apartment Adda & discontinuation of current mailing groups

  11. Update on gas Pipelined connection from Gail

  12. Update on current status on Silver County SOS group

  13. Any other Business (Financial/Non-Financial) with the permission of the chair
