Dear Residents

We received 4 quotes from leading vendors ( Asian Paints/Dulux/Berger/Nerolac) in the market. We are in the process of negotiation with these vendors regarding the pricing and also understanding all the minute details. Details will be discussed during the upcoming GBM.

We are also in parallel did a survey and noted down the list of flats which has seepage issues. The list has been shared to our facility manager. The facility manager will visit those respective flats and advise the owners regarding the steps which they needs to take to address the seepage issue coming from inside the individual flats.

Request all the owners to cooperate with facility manager to address this at the earliest so that once the vendor for painting is finalized we can start the painting at the earliest. Please note we need to finish the painting by next March 2018.
