MOM for internal meeting held on 1st Nov 2017.

We discussed the ambulance services to be attached with Columbia Asia hospital. Mandeep & Karthik to go and discuss with hospital regarding the charges and all, thereafter we would approach near by associations in the vicinity with this idea.
Welfare fund: This needs to be brought in GBM. We would approach Santosh Biradhar and take his view regarding the same. We need to do a follow up with him this weekend
Common whatsapp group of all residents for emergency purpose idea was proposed and this will be taken in upcoming GBM and the decision will taken in the meeting and the same will be implemented.
We discussed the painting quotes received so far. We had initial round of negotiation with the 3 vendors. Dulux, Asian Paints & Berger. It was unanimously agreed to reject the quote from Nerolac as the quote was too high.
Once we get the resubmitted quotes from Asain paints and Dulux we will be informing the residents and with the quotes received and we will request residents if they are interested to join for negotiation.
Once the association decides the best quote we will request the vendor to make the tri-party agreement and then request them to provide sample colors and they will be requested put those sample colors in some portion of the building. We will request the residents to vote on 3 sample. Maximum votes received will be approved for color for the exterior building.
After discussing with Santosh Bye law modification has been put on hold for temporary until we complete the tax returns with registrar.
GBM date has been finalized as 26th Nov 2017 and agenda is already shared with residents.
We contacting the vendors to address the ground water seepage but none has come to explain us how to address the same also with seepage near to minus 2 exit gate. We are awaiting the cost to address the same.
Music system purchased- 8k is pending and the committee has agreed to pay the same to cultural committee with President also advised henceforth cultural do not have rights to purchase any assests until SCAOWA team approves it.

Traesurer has not got the updated defaulter list from previous treasurer
Rs 30000 tax to be paid cheque was issued on Sunday
President Mr Naseem agreed to provide the computer system to SCAOWA office
Mandeep to collect the residents database from Venkat and update the new database with the changes with help of facility manager
Shibu/Amitabh to review the list for the internal flats seepage and ensure the owners to fix the issue before the painting starts.
