  • Automate water billing - no need to send facility management staff to take reading and compile data. It's all automatic.

As far as the meters are concerned, there are two models for payment:

1. Upfront Purchase

  • WOS2A - Without Valve : Rs.7,499 + Installation Cost

  • WOSAV - With Valve : Rs.9,499 + Installation Cost

  • 1 Year Onsite Warranty

  • AMC @ Rs.30 per meter per month can be availed post warranty period.


2. Services Model

  1. One time upfront payment (payable 100% in advance): Rs.1800/- per meter for CPVC structures only.

  2. One time upfront payment (payable 100% in advance): Rs.2350/- per meter for GI structures only.

  3. Combining charges extra as applicable.

  4. End to end coverage for the entire duration of the contract.

  5. Offer on Volumetric PD IS 4064:2005 DN15 Meter only.

  6. Monthly Payment service plans for WaterOn without valve available from : Rs.45 / Rs.60 per month per meter as per your choice.

  7. Monthly Payment service plans for WaterOn with valve available from : Rs.90 / Rs.120 per month per meter as per your choice.

  8. 5% Annual Appreciation in services fee.

  9. Contract Period : Min 10 years - Max 15 years

 

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. 100% advance upfront payment along with PO.

  2. Post Dated Cheques (PDC) to be provided for monthly rental on yearly basis.

  3. Project installation kick off: Within 45 days from the date of acceptance of PO and receipt of advance.

  4. A project plan for the installation of the meters will be prepared post finalisation and shared with the RWA.

  5. Taxes and duties:Extra as applicable on both upfront fee and rental. Please note that GST  rate is subject to change as per government statutes and will be charged as applicable at the time of billing.

  6. Standard plumbing installation is included in the scope and is exclusive of any inlet combining and plumbing work which is beyond the installation of the water meter.

  7. Installation will be handled by either SmarterHomes Technologies directly or through its trusted partners.

  8. The installation process requires disconnection of water lines for the houses being worked upon and need access while combing the pipe in each flat

  9. Necessary work permissions to open ducts, cut off water supply, drill holes etc. to be provided.

  10. The association is expected to share existing consumption data for future analysis before the beginning of water metering.

  11. Legal jurisdiction for all legal matter is courts of Bangalore.

  12. The on-going service and support will be provided as per a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed before implementation
