budget request form to Dr. Hesrchmann??

Hi 3rd years,
    I was looking at the google doc and it looks like we are supposed to submit a request at the beginning of the semester for $$ from the Medicine department. Is there a specific form that we are supposed to submit for this?

There's no form, just write up a basic spreadsheet of expenses and funds (including ACP and estimated SAO funds). There should be an example on the google group docs. Send to Dr. Hershman and you can cc Dr. Barber (whom u should be keeping in the loop about things).

Thank you Zoe. Also, is there any leftover $$ from last year that was not used and can be applied to funding this year's IMIG events? I don't think we have an account for IMIG if I remember corectly...people just put the money in their own accounts and use it/track it that way?

No, we used up the money from last year since it doesn't last very long and you guys should try use up our own funds before asking IM dept for money.
No IMIG account, have someone deposit and keep really good track of how that money is used via spreadsheet...maybe a google doc so everyone can add their expenses and reimbursements, etc.
