Hey everyone!

Just wanted to check in about a few things....
1) First Years, would you mind confirming that you would still like to assume the IMIG leadership next year?  If so, we will pass along your names/emails to Liz Gallagher (see below).
2) Can everyone please confirm whether sometime the week of 4/11 might work to meet with our faculty adviser, Dr. Tom Barber?  His availability is: later on Tues or thurs p.m., and some Wednesday later p.m.

Hey all,

I really encourage you all to get involved and stay involved with IMIG. We've really seen a big rise in interest in internal medicine and know that students really appreciate the events we put on. Personally, the best part about organizing IMIG events has been interactions with others on campus as you will get to know some great faculty, residents, and lower/upper classmates (such as yourself!). In addition, the more there are of you, the more you can spread out the workload.

If you are unsure if you would like to be involved, we can give you a better sense of what we do when we meet the week of 4/11. So please let us know if any of the 4/12-4/14 late afternoons work for you. Thanks!

Hi,
    I would like to confirm that I would still like to assume joint leadership of IMIG next year. I can make it to the meeting with Dr. Barber on the 11th or 12th, or 13th depending on the time.  I am free late afternoon on the 11th or 12th. If on the 13th, I can't attend the meeting past 4:30pm as I have a class at that time (unless there's an option to schedule it at 6:30pm on the 13th but I figure that's too late for people.)
    Thanks Zoe for organizing the residency panel. There was a great turn out and I think students found it very informative.

There's another first year interested in helping out, Brian Yoo, who have invited to the meeting. After the meeting we can send the confirmation email to Liz about who's running IMIG next year (unless you think we can send it now)...
