Hi guys,

   I realized that I cannot make it at 5pm on Friday. I will have to take my dad to the airport earlier than I thought I needed to because he will be on an international flight. I can make the meeting if it's earlier. I think Maria said that she should be able to make it around 3:30pm, but I realize that might be too early for others.

    Bryan or Jennifer, are you guys planning to be at the meeting on Friday if people can only meet at 5pm? I can also meet thursday afternoon (ie tomorrow) if that works for others at 5pm.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Can we move the meeting to 3:30pm or does 5pm work the best for most people? Seems like Olga, Maria, and myself can meet at 3:30pm. Anyone else planning to attend the meeting, but can't make that time?

3:30 almost still certainly works for me, but we could also schedule for some later afternoon next week if that works better for others? i think the more of us we can gather at once, the better the meeting would be - since we're trying to nail down a schedule for next year, and the more brains/ideas, the better!  steph, you mentioned that you're on campus on weds - i'm there and don't have a particularly busy schedule through the end of next week, so how would a wednesday later afternoon meeting work?  are you around at all, mutahammis? just throwing that out there....

Gmail group is telling me that Brian was a member of the group or was already invited but Jennifer was not so I was able to send a group invitation to her. I cannot see either of them in the member list regardless.  It may be up to them to accept the invitation before they appear on the email list. If they already did that or if they do it and they still do not appear i'm not too sure what the problem is, perhaps I could try calling support or something to ask for help (if there is such a thing for gmail!).

 Farhana, I made you an owner of the group too so you have access to all the settings just in case you need it. I included them in the email list here as a temporary solution.

Looks like Weds 6/15 at 4:30 works for Farhana, Brian, Olga & myself.  How about we set that time, and maybe a few others can make it too?  Shall we say meet at Chequers?

I think the main plan is to discuss a tentative event schedule for next year, and also to tie up any random loose ends - let me know if there's anything else I'm not thinking of!

Hi All,
I just want to apologize for not making the meeting last
Wednesday. I fell really sick with the flu and was lying in bed most
of the week. I was totally out of it and it suddenly occurred to me
this weekend that I missed the IMIG meeting. I hope you guys were
able to have a productive meeting. Let me know if there are specific
action items that I can help to get done.
