you can estimate $150-$200 per lunch event and $300-400 per dinner event. and just put together a rough timeline for the year's events. doesn't have to be accurate but gives them an idea how much your expenses will be.

one of you will have to be the payee since IMIG doesn't have a school account and that responsible person will be in charge of doling out reimbursements to the rest of you all. whoever is cashing the check should keep an updated excel sheet with expenses.

but the application says that the payee can't be an individual.

Sorry I meant u can say BU IMIG and just cash it. It has worked for us in the past.
