My RaspPi just arrived and I've had a case in mind that I want to design and print. I'll probably take an existing design and modify it. My goal is a case that is open on 1 of the large sides and has flanges to screw it to another surface. My project idea for this board is to attach it to the back of an LCD monitor and create a digitial picture frame of large-ish proportions. That's why I think this case idea is useful. Honestly, I might wait till fall when life slows down a little. Summer is just too hectic!
