I published the initial code of Sysrama, a documentation tool for Interlisp I'm writing, as well as some notes on my motivations and additional details. Sysrama presents information on the Lisp objects of a program by producing reports that list the types and signatures of functions, the fields of records, global variables, property lists, Exec commands, and more.
