Question about OneRoster historical data

Good day,

I'm wanted to ask if the OneRoster specification for Aeries includes the ability to pull historical data. I'm aware that this is possible via the Aeries REST API documentation, however I'm unsure as to whether the OneRoster standard itself has the capability to pull prior academic years via something akin to "query string filters" or if this ability will remain something separate across the multiple Aeries APIs. Please let me know if this question does not make any sense.

I do not believe our OneRoster API has that feature.  Is there something in the OR Spec for this that we missed?
