To be honest, not really. This group is designed to help improve communication between Aeries Software and other software vendors in the K-12 community. The primary focus is on the use and feature set of the Aeries API. This forum is NOT intended as a means to provide direct support to customers though. Most vendors have a pretty good handle on working with APIs, hence the low usage of this group, and many vendors have other mechanisms to communicate with us and do not need this group.
