I am wondering how I would use ic-include to include more than 1 element with ic-post-to?

ic-post-to should include the enclosing form.

ic-include uses as CSS selector to include other elements:

http://intercoolerjs.org/attributes/ic-include.html

There is also ic-global-include, which will be included with every request regardless of element hierarchy.
