Hmm....
I hadn't seen any of these spam notes, until I got this one. I went on
to ban this guy (he joined at 4:38 this morning), and noticed all the
other spam messages, none of which came to my e-mail accounts.
This guy is now banned, but all of the authors of the other notes are no
longer members. Looks like they sign up, post one note, and quit. I
don't know how they're preventing me from getting the note, but I'll see
what I can do to prevent them from posting at all.

Ahh...
They have the perfect setting. I've set it up so that messages from new
members must be moderated. That ought to stop it, and is less intrusive
than making the group invitation only.

So, a nice little story while were here ... the Beer Fairy visited my house
last weekend! Yep! The Beer Fairy!! I had to work until 3AM Sunday a week
ago, and when I finished up, I went down to the pantry to get something to
snack on or something. Anyway, while I was looking around, I found a six
pack and a half of Fat Tire Ale! I knew I hadn't purchased it, because my
last purchase was a six of Michelob Shocktop and a six of Michelob Winter's
Bourbon Cask Ale. Since my wife was awake, I asked her if she had purchased
it. Nope. Hmmmmmmm. Well, I have a 20 YO and a 17 YO and a 12 YO living in
the house, but they're all underage, so it MUST have been the Beer Fairy!
So I dutifully moved the beer to another location, and then in hopes that
the Beer Fairy might do refills, I put an empty Shocktop carrier where the
Fat Tire had been. So far, no revisit. Oh, well. I have to say, it's
pretty sweet sitting there sipping on a FTA in front of my 20 and 17 YO, and
they won't say a thing. They just sort of look. You know they know I know.

 Under what name do you go by? There are quite a few "Eric Fords" on FB, and a lot of them are in the DFW Metroplex. Can't find one from Pennsyltucky or Thailand.
