ATB do NOT accept In terbaun payments.

Contrary to what the invoices from Interbaun state in 16 point type,
Alberta Treasury Branches do *NOT* accept payments on Interbaun accounts.

I was so pleased to see that announcement until I was told at ATB this
morning that I could *not* pay there. Now in order to pay on time I am
going to have to somehow or other get out to your location somewhere
around Edson by Tuesday.

I have double checked with our accounts department, and ATB should be
accepting payments on Interbaun accounts, so long as ATB is your home bank.

To verify, I went ahead and phoned an ATB branch to see. It seems that
Interbaun Communications Inc. is indeed payable through ATB Internet Banking
or Telephone Banking. That has been confirmed. However, since transfers at
the branch level are all done manually, there is a good chance it's not set
up at that level yet.

You can definitely make payments directly from your ATB account using
Internet Banking or Telephone Banking however. I hope one of these two are
an option for you.
