Any comments on where the acquisition of Interbaun by Uniserve is going,

or for that matter, who the heck is Uniserve?

Uniserve is an ISP primarily based out of BC (until now) that is about three
times our size in terms of revenue. Uniserve is a publicly traded company
on the TSX venture exchange out of Vancouver with the stock symbol USS.

It is hoped that by being owned by a company primarily in the ISP business
(which is different than Interbaun's previous owner), that Interbaun's
clients will be able to enjoy access to an increasing number of services and
features.

It has yet to be determined what will happen with the Interbaun brand. For
the time being the business is being run on a status quo basis.

Best regards,

Paul Burwell
General Manager
Interbaun Communications Inc.

Thanks for the info. I hope the change in ownership will have no negative
impact on the Interbaun office/staff in Alberta. Keep up the good work.
