Postini problems

Perhaps it is just overloaded with the massive amount of spam these
days, but on two computers and with two different browsers (Firefox and
Opera) I suddenly now keep getting messages within Postini saying
something like "request could not be completed because of a system
error. Try reloading page."

Reloading usually works but sometimes requires from 2 to 5 attempts.

Both systems and both browsers get the same error message from Postini
and just in the last few days (System 1, Win2K, ADSL, Firefox and Opera
both doing it, System 2, XP-Pro, dial-up, Firefox only.)

Any ideas? Never had this problem before a few days ago. Possibly
related item: my SPAM, intercepted by Postini, has gone up by a factor
of about 50 in the last three weeks. New virus on the loose creating
more zombie machines than usual or what? At the same time, I have not
received a virus in weeks where I used to receive about one a day.
Perhaps Postini is classifying some viruses as spam? (viruses never even
get here - I have Eudora download only the first 1K unless I go back and
request the entire message--viruses and the small amount of spam that
gets by Postini get deleted before even getting here.)
