I have read that interbase 6 supports replication, this information is also
documented in the OPGuide. IBReplicator is a component of InterBase 6.

The problem is, the executable files (IBReplserver.exe, IBReplSrvInstall.exe
on Windows) does not exist with the Interbase download and there doesn't
seem to be any links for an independent download.

Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

IBReplicator became a separate product when IB was open-sourced. The
authors, understandably, did not want to give their product away for
free. You can get information on it from:

As far as I know this files come from an independent "vendor".
Anyway we tested them and do not work properly. They just replicate tables
in an arbitrary order.
