This Thur - chat about WI venue, pricing, duration

Hey everyone,

We're having a Zoom meeting this Thur at 7pm to discuss our options for Winter Intention.

We have financial estimates for two new venues (Loon Lake and The Haven), and we've done a site visit of Loon Lake. (See the video at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_eYrqwxLiBT1EUvEkqNYkTQLcAgsCpwe/view?usp=drivesdk.)

As prices are higher this year, we are considering the possibility of shortening WI from a 5-day/4-night event to a 4-day/3-night event in order to make the ticket prices more affordable.
