Should we do Summer Intention this year? Potentially June 30th to July 3rd

DO YOU MISS SUMMER INTENTION?

We have tentatively booked our venue for Summer Intention for the July 1st long weekend (June 30th to July 3rd).  Now we need to gather the co-creators to make it possible!  We already have a good group of people who want to be involved, but we can always use more!

Whether you are a seasoned organizer or completely new, we want your input and creativity to help make this summer's gathering magical. As it always has been, more people chipping in whatever energy they have to spare makes the event better - many hands make light work.

You can plan decor to make the event beautiful, plan and organize workshops and the flow of the event, help with sound systems and other technical issues, be a social media genius, and much more. This is a great opportunity for those looking to build community and deeper connections, for those looking to exercise organizational skills and learn skills for working in groups.

If you’d like to attend the first planning meeting, please fill in this poll to help us choose a date that works for the most people.  We plan to hold the meeting in person at an organizer’s home, location to be determined.  We may do a combination of in-person and Zoom meetings this year.

If you can't make the first meeting, but would like to come to the next one, please let us know. We will take this into consideration when choosing a date for the following meeting. We usually meet approximately every two weeks, between now and the event start, sometimes every week closer to the event if needed.

If you'd like an idea of roles you could help out with, click on the link below for a list and descriptions of some of the possible roles (note that some of these are already tentatively or definitely taken care of, but ask anyhow!) We are also open to new ideas. If you have a project of passion that you'd like to champion, something you've always wished Intention would do or have, please join us and make that known. Whatever contribution you'd like to offer, we'd like to welcome you!
