update re: IP Annual

Dear Colleagues, 

I'm sorry that I was not able to join you at C's this year.  The Director gig has proven to be more than even I expected, and when the conference fell across the first week of Spring quarter, I decided to stay here instead. 

I wanted to let you know, though, that Craig Meyer (cc-ed here) has graciously offered to revive the IP Annual.  I am so very grateful to him.  And to y'all for your patience.
