Online Access to Business Meeting Needed

I'll be attending the business meeting virtually. Anyone who has ever attended virtually, could you give me some pointers for getting on to the screen at tonight's business meeting?

Hi Kim, 

I don't know who is running the show tonight, whose computer is being used, etc. But just in case, I'll be sure to get there 15 minutes early in case we need to set you up to zoom on my computer. But I'm hoping that we can just patch you in on whatever computer is being projected.
