Hey people I made another compilation. This Modded Driver has the
852-865g and the 915 Drivers.
All latest core files for the driver (ialmnt5.sys) have been acquired
through Windows Vista Drivers. As Intel had given up making new
dirvers for these controllers ages ago, this is the latest compatible
diver. This one should work well on a 915. It is really recommended if
you have an 8xx series or a 915/910 Controller as it can really boost
performance. Please notify me if you have any problems.

Also added to really increase performance for 910/915 Controller is
that this 915 driver is compatible with the following release of GMA
Booster. This will really boost gaming. It took quite some time to
find a working release and driver but they both are now combined.
Cheers!!

Modded Driver: http://uploading.com/files/5d9e437e/8xx-915v3.5.exe/

GMA Booster: http://uploading.com/files/ebf35bc7/Setup_GMABooster_21a_09102009.exe/

Please everyone try and notify how it works. Goodluck!

P.S remove the original driver before installing this new one.

If anyone wants to request a Modded Driver for an older Graphics
Controller
like the 845 and so on, I would be happy to help!

I have a 845g to test but I don't have physical access to it
(Teamviewer only) but when I do get access to it, I shall try it out.

Do your drivers just boost performance? What about support for
pixel/vertex shaders?

And Jeremy.....I will work on 845gm right away....
But you will have to test it if it works or not okay
:D

Okay dude....I came up with this for 845gm:

http://uploading.com/files/b16d2849/845.rar/

If this works, It will fool your card with the 855 one XD....
Try it and give feedback as soon as possible...
Remove the old driver before installing this.
And if your computer has some problem starting up like a black screen
after the new driver, just start the pc in safe mode and install the
old one again.Remember that this is extremely rare and wont normally
happen!
Please write back as soon as possible.Cheers!!!

I installed the 915 driver, and the only improvement i've notice, is
that Dota run better(always 30 fps, 15-30 with the store drivers), T&L
was not included, as i still have to use 3D analyser to run games

Did you try GMA Booster? I can get 40-50 fps when I use it with GMA
Booster.

GMA Booster is HERE:

It installed (no BSOD like the regular modded drivers for Dell 945gm), but I don't do gaming on it at all.

Yes, they don't seem to have any issues.

They really are a lot more stable then the XP modded drivers for the 945gm!
(no offence intended, the drivers are great, but dell....)

I havn't had a BSOD yet.

Thanx for your efforts man :D Btw i found this in this group, could
you please check it?

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=US&swItem=ob-47264-1

Some guy created a topic for this one but i can not find it again. It
is a vista driver for 915 but with help of universal extractor you can
install it on Xp. It works better than the original drivers, helped me
removing slowdowns on Dawn of War. And i want to ask you an question:
Is your driver based on Intel's version 14.25.50 driver (a.k.a.
latest)? I'm asking you because that version of the driver causes
crashes in games like Empire at War or Call of Cthulhu:Dark Corners of
Earth.

Can you please specify your sys specs? Like Ram and Processor....
Also mention how much you overclocked your GMA.

@umarth
Agree, 14.25.50 is the most unstable driver I've tested so far. ;)

@Many6
Pentium M 2.0GHz, 1.5GB RAM, GMA900 overclocked to 400MHz(250MHz
Default), XP sp3.
Starting game I manage to get >~25fps, once use a skill it will drop &
maintain @ ~15fps.

not really, but the GMA architecture isn't really all that great, either.

OC'ing the GMA is not going to have the same impact as OCing a 9800gt.
Just like a 8400gs OC isn't really going to make much impact (other then to make it even faster then the 4500HD).

yes but some of the games (specially free games) consider 3DA a
potential 3th party hacking program... because it deals wth the codes
of the game.

but others already know that its not dangerous like OP7... they used
to BAN players running backgroud software like 3DA, Overclocking, bla
bla bla.
