Hmm, Specially Modded DX11 sounds quite interesting. I don't use media
center or sidebar gadgets a lot. Take ownership sounds useful, but if
UAC is disabled then hmm...

All in all, sounds pretty great BUT I don't have x64 :/

MAD_BEAST hahaha..before i saw the second line, i was like O.O (for
adult content) loooooool...nice one :D
ya Espi..""Specially"" modded DX11...lol, never heard of such
thing...but i always download "special" editions of windows, ever
since windows xp :) and with no doubts, all the features they had in
those editions were great...too bad this is a 64bit version...so it
can take full use of the 4GB ram ^^ lets wait for some1 with a 64bit
sys to test it and report later :)

actually i think you can set most of these things on any installed
windows 7, and about the modded directX, well honestly i dont trust it
without knowing whats exactly modded.
its kinda wierd to see gadgets in the list, i use classic windows
scheme without gadgets and it means a lot more free ram, so if u want
free resources on your lappy go for the good old look, disable
unecessary services and try running as few background software as
possible.
its funny how they think its a new "edition" of windows 7 in any way,
my fav is: "* Enabled Word wrap in Notepad " LMAO
FAIL
thats my opinion.

Agree. Those custom "gamer" builds cause more unknown errors than
benefits. I've used some of them, they're just already tweaked, work
quite faster. But after some time u start getting bunch of errors, and
everything slows down. So it's better and safer to tweak yourself a
clean original os build.

i don't think of it that way O.O lol...if u love formatting ur PC
every so often just to try new things...then u would definitely test
this (if u had a 64bit sys) which is the sad part..most of us only
have 32bit :(
actually, i've never had any problems running those sorts of
"editions" until vista, so without a 64bit sys for me...then i won't
waste my time with this one ^^

Meh I sort of like reformatting but with a stable OS like Ubuntu or something.

Lol I also like the Word Wrap thing...

well, ive read ALL of the features and most of them u can set using X-setup pro..it's a must tool for me...
and almost 85% of the features mention above is already enable in my system, excluding disable kernel paging as it makes a bottleneck when playing memory hog games such as KF and CoD2..damn 1gb ram, i wish i could upgrade it soon...

also the modded DX11 sounds very interesting but, can our GMA support the custom DX11 API's?
and yeah, 64 sys perform better in terms of performance but even they resolve some compatibility issues with games, not all games (which playable by intel GMA) can support 64bit system...only newer games can run flawlessly on 64bit sys, and some 2005-2008 games...

thus said, it is true that testing OS's can sometimes be good, i do it all the time mostly with linux distro ^^, but i stopped mainly coz my HD space doesnt allow me to...

Kernel Paging? Isn't that where you tell the kernel to reside only in
RAM instead of using the pagefile?

yeah, it tells the kernel to stay only in the RAM and not in the page file...
it's true that it needs 512 mb ram or above but for windows 7, it certainly improve performance on normal task such as browsing and etc , but when gaming, for having a 1gb ram, my system access HD frequently and making performance worst, i do recommend the tweak for users with 1.5 gb and above...
