Nfs undercover is not working

hi guys,today i tried to run nfs undercover as per your instructions,
run game in windows 98 compatibilty mode.i previously tried it before
2 months ago but at that time win 98 issue are not provided at that
instance,so i delete the game.
yesterday i saw again the GMA 950 compatblity list and found nfs
undercover in the list,so i downloaded the team jpn release rip
game.i'm big fan of nfs series gaming.
but it is not run on my pc.i download and installed vista modded
driver and run again but same problem.i tried as nash said run setting
it to run on 1 core by 'Set Affinity' to one core but same
problem,even i tried to make my pc single processor mode again
undercover is not run.


my system specifications are -

Motherboard - Intel D945GTP
processor - Intel Pentium - D (dual core with 2.8Ghz each)
OS - windows vista ultimate
Ram - 2 GB ddr2

actually game is not crash but the screen is blinking in black and
white after sometime,it's look like loading but it is not run.

i play previous version of nfs carbon with rename "movies" folder to
"moviez" and the game run without lagging but no movies are displaying
due to renaming of movies folder but still game plays quite good
fps,i'm happy.

plzzz help me guys.

have u tried using win7 modded driver?? those driver can be use in
vista, i never tried it, but it's worth a try...

i downloaded the win 7 modded driver but they are not installing and
say the error "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements
for installing th software setup will exit."
now what to do brother,help me plzz.

i use window vista ultimate (6.0 build 6000 )

have u install the driver with update manually method??? if so, u have
to change the 27A2 and 27A6 in the driver inf with ur device id..

now would  i need to replace 27a2 with 2772 or need to write full string 2772&SUBSYS_544E8086&REV_02 or 2772&SUBSYS_544E8086

juz replace 27a2 with 2772 and it should install fine ^^

still same problem game just blick black and then white for some
seconds and then black and white.
it seems like loading but nothing happened.even it don't give any
error like nfs.exe need to close which comes in win xp.

is there any problem with my nfs undercover setup.i download the team
jpn ripped version setup.
do i need to download another version for try?
if yes then which type of release is better for download -
reloaded,razor911,Deviance ,Skullptura,Unleashed.
which one is better??

oh ok, have u tried using addgame.reg??? it's better to search every
possible workround available...

bout that, i personally like Deviance released...the best in all warez
scene..

hey brother i tried ur addgame.reg??? method with replacing
nfsc_demo.exe to nfs.exe,and merge it to registry.
believe me this time it look like it gonna be run this time first of
all it all black screen with two black border,one above and one at
bottom,just like it gonna be display some movie like as most wanted
videos.it retain 6-10 seconds.
but after that it again white screen.

what do u think brother it gonna be run with my pc?

if any other method do tell me coz i have limited broadband
connectivity means some limit are specify for month,only night
download are unlimited and download are really very difficult for guys
like me.
if possible give me the game link to my mail if u can't post it here
so that i started to download,i will be very thankful to u.
plzz give the link u trusted and gonna work with every system.

-win 98 compitability
-run as admin

check ur mail, i sent some sites that i trusted to work on most
systems and easy to download...

Angelic brother i download a full clone dvd of undercover,and install
it.now i do the same as u told ,this time game launch and ea
undercover promo start displaying,and after that it is white and black
blink again.then i installed modded driver of win 7 on win 7 rtm
version,this time game promo displayed and then i made my profile and
after that when some text are displaying the game is suddenly freeze
and exit,it comes again and again,game is not going above this
frame,whatz the reason.
this time i run this game on windows 7.and tried ur given ways,
Addgame.reg,win 7 modded driver and windows 98 compatibility mode with
adminstrative launching game option.but game is freezing at some
instance.
i download a a patch name "NFSU_v1.0.1.17_xxEU" but when i launch it
it says some old files are not found so setup will exit.is this due to
i installed the game on non-os drive(in G drive).

ok, maybe this will work....set the game to use XP compitability...if
it's not working, run the game again but this time when the movie is
playing, open the task manager and set the affinity for the game to
use only 1 cpu...hope that works....

it's hard for me to find a solutions on this as i dont have the game
myself...but i'll keep trying bro...

Hey thanks for help bro i check that one also but not worked it is
again freezing,some site tell it will work on vista only so now i
installed it on vista,but on vista when i launch the game it just
blink and says error "need for speed undercover is stopped working".i
have done all the tweak given by u like modded win7,win vista
driver,addgame.reg,run on win 98 and adminstrator privelages.
is that my processor clock speed(2.8 Ghz (dual core)) which make
problem coz some guys on internet says if u wanna run this game on
vista u must have 3.0 ghz processor?is it true buddy?
i have both option to run this game on win 7 or win vista,if u can
help me, it will be great bro.
