Thanks Neo and AngelicTears! I'll be sure to install and benchmark
this driver as my roommate unfortunately has this igp lol (with his
permission of course). BTW, on my course of finding mds for my nvidia
gfx, I found a interesting method to install the mds and it goes like
this
1. Uninstall driver via control panel
2. Before reboot, go to gpedit.msc and go adminstrative templates >
system > driver installation > device installation restrictions
3. Then enable prevent installation of devices not described by other
policy settings.
4. Reboot.
5. Wait until it says like the device driver could not install due to
policy or something like that in the bottom right of your screen
6. Then reenable the restriction we placed.
7. Then install MD's
8. Reboot (finally done lol)

I know, a lengthy process, but can anyone shed some light on this?

Great news and a really good job from NeoDragon :)

i do really want to see some benchmark for this, i dont have a x3100 IGP but i believe it will give a great boost to it :)

about the 64 bit version, hmm, its hard to say about it right now, but believe me, i am truthfully sorry and apologize about the lateness, as most of u know why the reason for the delay..  as soon as there's a green light, all set to go...

again a great job from NeoDragon, and hope all of u will have a good time gaming. :)

Before a 64bits version, I'm still looking for a 32bits version with
945GME/GSE support. As users with those chipsets are still stuck with
V1.1E at best. So maybe that might have priority.

Does this driver perform better than Sigma 3.0?

As it say's in the first topic, right now it only support 1 version,
the one I have. If you have a different Device ID , it won't install.

Control Panel > Device Manager > Display Adapter
Right click on the device > properties > Details tab > Device Instance
Path

Copy paste the results here and I'll try to add it to the drivers.

I really love this driver, but it's really unstable... Well at least
for me. I got BSoD within 2 hours using it, switched back to Sigma 3.0.

Erm when you say "Default Driver", you mean the original X3100 or
Standard VGA Driver?

Well I've tested this driver and currently found no big difference
between this one and Sigma 3.0 :(
I don't have 3Dmark so I used two in-game performance tests (Devil May
Cry 4 and Company of Heroes)
And I performed a "clean install" for both two drivers.
Here's the results:

In DMC4, there are four scenes being tested, and FPSs are shown below:
Sigma 3 18.75,16.73,22.95,13.58
Sherry 18.46,16.07,23.15,12.51

In CoH, the game crashes during the middle of the test when using
Sigma 3 driver (I don't know why), but according to my observe these
two drivers are nearly the same in performace, no big difference in
FPS.
Anyway, I tested Sherry and Original X3100 driver(not VGA driver):
three parameters are average, highest and lowest FPS.(I set the shader
to ON, shadow to LOW, texture quality to HIGH and in 1024x768)
Sherry 12.8,30,1.9
Original 10,22.7,3.9
