Some 440LX boards can handle Celeron processors up to 533 MHz, or perhaps
faster -
check with the board and/or system manufacturer, or with www.ping.be/bios if
you need to find out the identity of the manufacturer.

However you will be happier buying a NEW motherboard since the
bios update from UNICORE costs $70.
