Half-sized versus full-sized PCI cards

What are the dimensions of half-sized and full-sized cards? Are the
half-sized cards about 5" long and the full-sized about 7"?

Actually, there are. Dell's c/dock2 docking station has slots for two
"half-sized" PCI cards. That's why I need to know the difference.

There is a full lenghth PCI at 12.283 inches and also a short version at
6.875 inches. But also beware dual voltage(5V, 3.3V)
