-System Shutdown Improperly Error-!!!!!!

I have the d815eeaal motherboard running with a P3 933 on Windows ME. After installing all of the drivers from the cd I cannot shutdown properly. It Shuts down but when I start up my computer again it runs Scandisk and says that the computer was not shut down properly. Is there an updated driver for this? I know that it is after I install the cd because I redid my OS to double check. Is this a known issue or 1 that is just happening for me?

addition, please send the information requested by the form at

Be sure to include any drivers that you installed in addition to those
on the CD. Awaiting your reply.
