I am unable to locate the datasheet for BX flash, as they went
obsolete a long time ago.

AB - Automotive Temp 44 pin PSOP
BXB - Bottom Boot Block 12V reprogramming

I currently use AB28F400B5B80 which is automotive temp spec,
44 pin PSOP, 4Mbit x8/x16, Bottom Boot Block, 5V & 12V
reprogramming, 80ns cycle time.
