The different is "SB48"

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel Technical Support. The SB suffix indicates
the way the parts are packaged when they are shipped. The parts themselves
are not affected by the suffix.

example: X28F000XX-XX SBXX

SB80 = Tray
SB89 = CPAK
SB48 = Tape and Reel
