I am trying to find the Intel GT28F320D18B110 (FLASH 32MB). I've tried
several distributors and was told that this is not a good part number.
I have the Intel data sheet showing that this is a good number. How do
I find a distributor with this available? Or if it is not available -
can you suggest an alternate?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel Technical Support. The Dual-Plane Flash
Memory (D18) is available for sampling only at this time. Production
volumes will be available in Q2 '01 on 1.8 V Wireless Flash Memory (W18), a
new product with enhanced features and higher performance. It will be
available in 32 and 64 Mb densities initially, and 16 and 128 Mb at a later
date.

To obtain a D18 sample, please contact an authorized Intel distributor (who
will than contact an Intel Field Application Engineer (FAE)). A listing of
our distributors is located on the web at
