I'd like to find the flash for EEPROM P28F001 BXT150
U6118J1 n° on the ROM. On te sart, I can read also 553WUQ03 i430HX 2A59FH29C-00. Please answer me. This probleme is one month's old

In case you were not aware, the 28F001BX will be End-of-Lifed (EOL'd) early
Q1'01. The recommended migration path for the part is to the 3 Volt
