My question is, is there a equivalent of the Flash
memory DA28F640J5 in full 3.3V.

Thank you for contacting Intel Technical Support. The 3 Volt Intel(R)
StrataFlash(TM) Memory architecture is similar to the first generation 5
Volt Intel(R) StrataFlash(TM) Memory. An app note titled "AP-660 Migration
Guide to 3 Volt Intel® StrataFlashT Memory" discusses the technical
differences and enhancements between both the devices. The document can be
