Error msgs. in installation of Create & Share software.Not able to unistall software as unistall folder in Intel folder is empty. Can't reinstall as get error msg " Unable to start logging process to enable Uninstall functionality. Setup cannot continue." Camera not showing in "Scanners and Camera" folder, But have folder for camera in Windows. Help!

I have an Intel PC Camera Pack with Intel Create & Share Software. My camera was working and could do everything with it. but is no longer in folder "Scanners and Cameras" I have a folder in windows for Intel camera but no uninstall in it. In my add/remove programs in my control panel the Intel Create and Share software iis in it, but cant uninstall as it tells me cannot complete uninstall as uninstall for it is missing or corrupted. Tried to reinstall Create and Share but msg says "Unable to start logging process to enable Uninstall functionality. Setup cannot continue" I've unplugged my camera replugged it , tried to install it from Scanners and cameras, from start run, from add new hardware, nothing works. Please help!
