I took a LanDesk class. It was a week, and was not bad...went over install, config, and admin. Had labs to perform all the exercises you would do to implement LanDesk at a site. Class was run by TriTech Educational Services. Instructor was knowledgeable, and got back to people on questions that he did not know. If you have been running LanDesk for a while, you may not get a whole lot out of the course. www.triteched.com
