Memory leak in Server Manager Pro?

I've installed the Server Manager pro Card and software on 19 servers across
the US and have encountered a NASTY memory leak on a few of these servers.
After installation the task NETS.EXE chewed up over 500 MB of memory of 3
servers. Once I quit all the Intel services I reclaimed all 500 MB of
memory.

The servers are all running NT 4 Server SPA on Dell Power servers (2400 and
4400's)
Any help is appreciated.
