Landesk Server Manager 6.02 upgrade options?

Hi, I'm using LDSM 6.02, Is there any driver for the EMC2 card to work under Win2000? or I'll need to upgrade the EMC2 card as well?

What's the main difference between 6.02 & 6.04?

Is the EMC2 card OS independent to the OS? What I mean is whether the EMC2 will work without software after the OS is loaded(without the alert ability, but still can be remote control?).

I've check the board. It has a sticker with the number
INBS90400462 PBA 700343-006 Which one is the serial#?

BTW how much will the upgrade price around? I just want to have an idea about how much it'll cost, like around $200?

I do not have any prices you will need to get that information from a DVAR. I am not sure if you can purchase the
software by its self or the card and software come as a package. A DVAR will need to answer those questions. Your card
