All Intel® EtherExpress(TM) adapter drivers support promiscuous mode.
However, this function is not controlled by the user. A program that
requires promiscuous mode must enable it through the programming
interface via a standard API call. This applies to both NDIS drivers and
ODI drivers.
As long as you are using the newest VMLID.NLM file or the updated
version of Client 32 for Microsoft* Windows 95 and are not getting an
error message, it should be working.
