I am in the process of buying ram from my dual
intel pr440fx motherboard and would like some
help with deciding which refresh to get. Will
the motherboard support 8k refresh? I can't find
this in any of the intel documentation.

I don't know about the refresh of the DIMM.
I bought my RAM at Crucial.com and it works fine, at 50 or 60 ns (it's
officially 60ns)
